Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Aura Motor, we aim for your complete satisfaction. This policy describes the refund and cancellation terms applicable to Aura Motor Pro subscriptions. We handle all refund requests fairly and transparently.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated individually. You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases: you were unable to use the Service due to a technical error on our part; you were charged in duplicate due to an error; we cancel the Service. All requests are reviewed and decided at our discretion.
3. Recurring Subscriptions
Payments are non-refundable once processed, except in the cases outlined in this policy. Upon cancellation, your access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period. Your subscription will not renew after that. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing cycle.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not issued in the following cases: violation of our Terms of Service leading to account termination; renewal charges where cancellation was not made before the renewal date; subscriptions purchased through app stores (subject to Apple/Google's own policies).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@aura-motor.com with your account email, payment date, and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops automatic renewal only and does not immediately terminate access. If you need assistance cancelling, please contact support.
7. App Store Subscriptions
If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, your refund is subject to their respective refund policies. Please contact them directly in that case.
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will apply to new subscriptions only, unless otherwise required by law.
