1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Aura Motor ("Service"), whether through the website, mobile app, or any other platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments
Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with at least 30 days prior notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

All content, features, and functionality within the Service—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—are the exclusive property of Aura Motor and are protected by international intellectual property laws. No rights to reproduce, distribute, or use commercially are granted without explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aura Motor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.

9. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
