Delete your account and data
You can request deletion of your AuraMotor account and all associated data at any time. You do not need a paid subscription or an active sign-in to submit the request.
Send your request
Use the button below and send the message from the email address registered to your account. Keep “AuraMotor account deletion request” in the subject line.
Confirm account ownership
We may ask you to confirm account ownership to protect against unauthorized deletion requests. We will never ask for your password.
We delete your data
After verification, we delete your profile, vehicles, maintenance, fuel, expenses, modifications, uploaded images, notifications, and subscription data associated with your account. We send a confirmation when deletion is complete.
Timing and limited retention
We begin processing after verification and complete deletion within 90 days. We may retain limited transaction or fraud-prevention records only when legally required and only for the required retention period. We do not retain this information for marketing.
Delete selected data only
You can delete vehicles, maintenance, fuel, expense, and modification records directly in the app without deleting your account. You can also email us from your account address and specify which data you want removed while keeping the account active.
